遠鉄高速バスでは、新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策として、以下の取り組みをおこなっています。

遠州鉄道の対応Preventions against the spreading of COVID-19 by Entetsu Highway Bus e-LineR

運行中は、外気導入モードを活用し車内の空気の入れ替えを行っています。 ※外気導入モードを使用すると、約5分で車内の空気がすべて入れ替わります。 During the service, we are using the "outside air introduction mode" to keep the fresh air in the bus.
乗務員は体調管理を徹底し、出勤時に体温測定を行い、点呼で健康状態の確認を実施しています。 The driver will keep themselves in good health condition.We will take our temperature and check our health condition by roll call everyday.
乗務中は常時マスクを着用いたします。 The driver will always wear a mask.
安心してご利用いただくために、座席に飛沫防止シールドを設置しています。 Curtains are set up by the seats to prevent droplet infection.
運行ごとに車内清掃を行い、車内の除菌を実施しています。 Disinfectants are regularly used during cleaning after each service.

発熱等、体調のすぐれないお客様はバスのご利用をお控えください。 If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are not feeling well, please refrain from using a bus.
乗車中は、マスクの着用をお願いいたします。 To ensure passengers safety, please wear a mask while on board.
車内での会話は、小声で控えめにお願いいたします。 Please refrain from talking loudly.
空いている席がある場合は、間隔を空けたご乗車にご協力ください。 If there are empty seats, please keep distance from other customers.
SA・PAでの休憩中の窓開け（換気）にご協力ください。※高速道路上では安全のため、窓をお閉めください。 We ventilate the air by opening windows during service and parking station.
トランクへの荷物の積み込み・積み下ろしは、ご自身でお願いいたします。※お荷物のお取り間違えに充分ご注意ください。 Please load and unload your baggage into the trunk by yourself.
車内に除菌剤を設置しています。どうぞご利用ください。 Hand sanitizers are provided on the bus. Please feel free to use them.
